For hot summer days a wonderful refreshment.
1. thread and shred beans. Cut chilies into rings. Rinse out seeds. Press garlic.
2. Bring clear soup to a boil. Cook prepared ingredients for 10 minutes. Drain capers and add. Season with salt, pepper and juice of one lemon. Put in a cool place.
Add sour milk. Season again.
Serve with garlic baguette.
