Instructions:

For the ham steak, fry the ham slices in hot butter for about 3 minutes on both sides, remove and keep warm.

Remove the skin from the tomatoes, cut into eighths and fry in the ham fat. Whisk the eggs with the milk and spices and pour over the top.

Allow to set for about 5 minutes and pour over the ham slices, sprinkle with chives.
