Preheat oven to 190 °C. Season the legs with salt, pepper and herbs.
Heat oil (I) in a roasting pan and brown the drumsticks in it all around. Next, roast in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
Heat oil (Ii) in a frying pan, add the vegetables and stir-fry. Add garlic and pour wine.
Add bay spice and posmarin, season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and sauté the vegetables until tender, about 4 minutes.
Arrange the finished drumsticks together with the vegetables. Serve sprinkled with mint and lemon balm.
