Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Soak black beans in water for one night, cook until tender in about 45 minutes.

Rinse and chop chard leaves, blanch in boiling hot salted water, then squeeze the water out of the leaves.

Mix the chopped leaves with the diced onion and garlic cloves. Add the cooked black-eyed peas and season the whole with the remaining ingredients and bring to the table lukewarm.
