Rinse blossoms, squeeze and boil in 1 liter of water together with 1 1/2 sliced lemons and then let stand for 24 hours. Then pour off the juice, discard blossoms, add sugar to the juice form and simmer the liquid for about 1 hour to thicken. Mix in the juice of half a lemon.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
