For the cauliflower and potato casserole, clean the cauliflower, wash and divide into florets. Wash the potatoes and cook them in their skins. Cook the cauliflower florets until al dente as well.

Peel the cooked potatoes and cut them into slices. Mix the potatoes and the cauliflower florets and put them in a baking dish. Pour the bechamel sauce over them.

Sprinkle the cheese on top and spread the butter in small flakes. Bake the casserole in the oven at 200 °C until the cheese is melted and golden.
