Peel onion and chop finely. Also peel the carrot and cut crosswise into slices.
Sear the meat together with the onions in olive oil, season with salt, bell pepper and paprika. Sprinkle smoked flour on top, turn a few times to the other side. Pour wine and water, add carrot, stir, simmer on low heat for 20-30 min.
Arrange the meat and bring to the table.
