The white cabbage is cut into finger-thick strips and mixed with a light roux with onion. Sour cream is also added. While it is steaming, add the smoked meat. Season with salt, pepper and savory. From the ground onion, meat, long grain rice and garlic clove prepare the seasoned stuffing, fill it into cabbage leaves and steam it together with the cabbage cut into strips until soft. Pile it on a plate, put freshly roasted slices of meat on it, and on top of it roasted pieces of sausage and serve it hot.
