A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Mix all the dough ingredients together and make a smooth batter.
Heat a coated, small frying pan and bake in batches to finish a kind of thin crêpe on both sides. For the savory filling, butter the hot blini and spread about 2 tsp of caviar evenly on top.
Now roll up the blini and garnish with quartered lemon pieces. Bring to the table drizzled with juice of one lemon.
For the sweet filling, spread the blini with about 1 tbsp semolina pudding and 2 tbsp warm cream cheese. Roll up the blini and garnish with small blobs of semolina pudding and the cherries.
