Cut the beef into cubes of the same size as possible. Finely dice the onion, heat the oil in a large pot, sauté the onion cubes in it, add the bell pepper, deglaze with vinegar. Brown the meat cubes in it.

Peel garlic, cut into fine slices, add caraway seeds, marjoram and salt, chop everything together with a chopping knife and add to the meat, add tomato paste, pepper a little and pour on a little water.

Simmer over low heat until tender, stirring several times (about 2 hours).

When the meat is soft, remove from the pot, puree the juice with a blender, dust with flour, cook for 5 minutes.

Add meat again, mix everything well and season the goulash again.
