For the banana-millet pudding, heat the water. Stir the ground millet in a little water until smooth. Whisk this mixture into the boiling water.

Add the syrup. When the porridge has cooled, gently fold in the mashed bananas, acerola powder, vanilla and whipped cream.

Pour into a glass bowl and dust with cinnamon.
