Instructions:

For baked potatoes, first boil the potatoes until soft, peel and cut into large cubes.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Parsley and marjoram also finely chop. Cut the gherkins into small cubes.

Melt the butter in a pot and fry the onion briefly. Add flour and make a roux. Stir in parsley, marjoram, salt and pepper. Pour in vegetable soup and add whipped cream and bay leaf. Boil down a bit, then add potatoes and pickles and let reduce again.

Serve baked potatoes.
