Grease the baking dish and sprinkle with the crumbs. Save the remaining crumbs for the mixture. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with salt until stiff. Mix yolks with sour cream, remaining breadcrumbs, crushed garlic, Parmesan cheese and some pepper.

Cut bacon into strips and fry slowly in a pan, boil spinach briefly in a pot with 1 liter of boiling water until it collapses.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Quench the spinach in cold water and mix bacon strips into the yolk mixture. Carefully mix the beaten egg whites, yolk mixture and spinach together, pour everything into the baking dish and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
