Grate the lemon peel and squeeze the lemon. Heat the honey and froth it. Add cinnamon, vanilla, anise, white wine, lemon zest and juice. Boil everything over medium heat to 125 ml.

Soak the gelatine in cold water. Stir yogurt, whipped cream and powdered sugar. Squeeze gelatin and let it melt in the boiled down anise-cinnamon broth. Add the yogurt mixture to the anise and cinnamon broth and stir. Pour through a fine kitchen sieve into the gourmet whip bottle. Screw on 2 isi cream capsules one at a time, shake heartily and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Serve with an orange salad or fruit salad and vanilla ice cream.
