For the almond cookies, quickly knead all ingredients together and chill the dough for 1/2 hour. Roll out the dough and cut out cookies.
Place a peeled, halved almond on half of each cookie and press down lightly. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
After cooling, assemble one cookie with almond and one cookie without almond with jam.
