A bean recipe for every taste:
Mix all ingredients together except for the butter as well as the juice of one lemon. Put the salmon in half of the marinade for 15 min. Sear briefly in a frying pan and finish roasting in the oven at 180 °C for 7 to 8 min. Boil the rest of the marinade and mix in 100 g butter with a whisk. Season with a little bit of juice of a lemon.
Vegetables from the wok :Cut off the vegetables. Heat the oil (not olive oil) in a frying pan or wok and add the vegetables. Turn to the other side in the frying pan until cooked but not overcooked. Season well with sesame oil, a tiny bit of soy sauce and freshly ground pepper. Place the vegetables on a heated plate and arrange with salmon pieces and sauce.
