Grate the peel from the oranges and the lemon. Remove the fruit fillets from the membranes, collecting the juice. Cut the seitan into strips, fry in corn oil and roast the peanuts, remove everything together from the frying pan. Briefly fry the long grain rice, extinguish with the water and simmer on low heat for 20 min.
Now pour the orange juice and the juice of one lemon over the long grain rice and stir well. Rinse the chili pepper and cut into thin rings. Stir everything into the long-grain rice, season and heat again briefly.
