For the pumpkin seed leaf salad, wash all lettuce, spin dry and cut into fine strips. Dry roast pumpkin seeds in a frying pan without fat.
From salt, balsamic vinegar, pepper, sugar, pumpkin seed oil and olive oil stir a salad dressing and marinate the leaf salad with it. Sprinkle the pumpkin seed salad with the roasted pumpkin seeds and serve!
