For sugar-free avocado cookies, first squeeze the lemon and add 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
In a blender, coarsely chop raisins, avocado and half of the rolled oats briefly. Mix all ingredients.
Using 2 spoons, place each “blob” on a baking sheet and form cookies. Bake sugar-free avocado cookies in preheated oven at 180 °C for approx. 25 minutes.
