Time of preparation: 10 min. Time of preparation: 1 hour 1500 cmin. Remove the tendons and fat from the meat and dice it. Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the meat. Add the garlic, flour, chili spice, oregano and cumin, stir properly and simmer on low heat for 3 min. Extinguish with vinegar and broth. Bring back to a simmer and simmer without a lid for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Season with cayenne pepper. Add the kidney beans and sauté for 2 minutes.
