For stuffed eggs with tuna, first hard boil the eggs, rinse and peel. Cut the eggs in half, carefully scoop out the yolk and mash with a fork.

Drain the tuna well and mix it with the egg yolk. Add mayonnaise and mix well to make a nice dressable mixture.

Add a little more mayonnaise if necessary. Season with salt, pepper and curry and stir in the chives cut into rolls. Pipe the tuna cream into the egg halves.
