For the spinach pie with bacon, put the spinach in very little boiling water and boil once, pour into a colander and let cool. Separate the eggs.
Grate the Parmesan cheese, dice the onion. Heat oil and fry onion cubes, also dice bacon and add to onions and let out a little.
Squeeze spinach and add to bacon and onions in the pan. Season with nutmeg and pepper. Beat egg whites with salt until stiff, mix yolks with parmesan and whipped cream until smooth, stir in spinach-bacon mixture and breadcrumbs and finally fold in beaten egg whites.
Grease the cake pan, e.g. ceramic, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Then pour in the mixture and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
