For the kiwi jam, first peel the kiwis and cut them into small pieces.
Squeeze the juice of the orange and lime and pour it over the kiwis, mix in the sugar, stir well and leave to infuse, covered, for 10-12 hours.
Then bring the kiwi jam to a boil, stirring constantly. After 2-3 minutes, remove from the heat, add the Cointreau and stir well. Then immediately fill into clean jars and close tightly.
