Instructions:

For the plum patch, first crumble off flour and butter pieces for the shortcrust pastry. Quickly knead into a dough with the remaining ingredients and let rest in a cool place for 1 hour, wrapped in foil.

Preheat oven to 180 °C (top and bottom heat). Roll out shortcrust pastry to 3-4 mm thickness.

For the topping, whisk the unrefrigerated QimiQ Classic Vanilla until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread over the shortcrust pastry. Place the halved and pitted fruit on top and bake the plum stain in the preheated oven for approx. 35 minutes.
