For the bunny rolls, place flour in the mixing bowl of the food processor. Crumble yeast over it and sprinkle with sugar. Add salt on top. Add warm butter and a little milk.
Now knead with the dough hook to a smooth dough. Add as much milk as necessary to obtain a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. The volume should have doubled.
Knead the dough again and divide it into 4 equal parts. Form a larger and 2 smaller balls from each of these parts. The larger ball will form the bunny body a smaller ball the head and from the second small ball (it will be divided again) form the two bunny ears.
Place the pieces on a floured or parchment-lined baking sheet to form a bunny and press the intersections firmly together. Now cover the bunnies again and let them rise for 20 minutes.
Then brush the bunnies with a little water and bake at 180 °C for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
