Preparation in about 20 min For this dessert you need two perfectly ripe bananas, whose peel is intact and without stains. Cut both bananas in half lengthwise without damaging the peels, which will be used later for serving.
Cut the bananas into thick pieces and caramelize them in hot butter with a tablespoon of sugar until golden brown.
Cook a sauce by bringing water and pecoroni chocolate to a boil in equal parts.
Bring the dessert to the table on suitable plates. Each guest receives a small bowl of chocolate sauce, half a banana (one unit of fried bananas stuffed into the saved banana peel) and a few scoops of ice cream.
The hot sauce is poured over the ice cream, but used just as much for dipping the banana slices.
Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result will taste!
