Instructions:

For the smoked salmon salad, boil the peas with a pinch of salt and sugar for 3 minutes, strain and let cool.

Wash the salad and arrange on four plates.

Remove the green stalk from the washed tomatoes. Cut tomatoes and cucumber into slices. Add the peas.

Hard boil eggs, rinse, peel and cut into eighths.

Mix a marinade of salt, olive oil, dill vinegar and pepper and mix with the vegetables. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Arrange the salmon and the quenched boiled eggs on the salad, decorate with dill and serve the smoked salmon salad.
