A bean recipe for every taste:
Stuffed onion:
Peel and rinse vegetable onions, cut upper quarter into small pieces, hollow out and chop the inside. Finely dice bread, sauté chopped onions, hominy and bread in oil, cool quantity. Mix the onion-bread quantity with eggs and spices and fill into the hollowed out onion. Put onion lid with wooden sticks and steam in salted water for about 20 minutes until tender.
Serve:
Rinse and clean green beans and make with spices in salted water for 15 min. Next, drain, add light butter, toss beans well and season with herbs and spices. Top ragout mixed bread with ham and offer as an entrée to stuffed vegetable onions with bean vegetables.
