For the strawberry coconut muesli, mix coconut soy yogurt with the coconut milk. Stir in the chopped dates, oat flakes and chia seeds and allow to swell a little.

In the meantime, chop the strawberries. Fill the coconut muesli into three small bowls, place strawberries on top and sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon of coconut flakes.
