A great noodle dish for any occasion:
Fried rice noodles with pork guai thiau moo.
Preparation in about half an hour
Cut the pork fish into strips and put them in oil and soy sauce. Boil water in a saucepan and cook the rice noodles for about five minutes. Then rinse the noodles with cold water and drain. Clean the broccoli, chop and blanch in a saucepan with a small amount of salted water for three minutes. Drain the salted water and set broccoli aside. Heat oil in frying pan or wok. Add pork and brown. Move the meat to the side and add the eggs, stir through and toast. Mix again with the meat and push everything together to the side. Add broccoli and roast for five minutes. Add noodles, fish sauce, soy sauce and sugar and mix everything together well.
Tip: In Thailand, noodle dishes like to season themselves with chili spice and sugar.
