Instructions:

First, preheat the oven to 180 °C.

For the crumble, mix flour, butter, sugar, vanilla and ground hazelnuts.

Peel and core the apples and cut them into equal-sized pieces (about 3 cm). Marinate with sugar, cinnamon and a little maple syrup.

Place the apples in a large baking dish or divide among several small ones. Crumble the dough over the apples. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.

Whip the cream until stiff. Slowly fold in the maple syrup.

Arrange the crumble and serve.
