A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Knead dough ingredients together and rest in refrigerator for half an hour.
Turn dough through pasta machine a few times.
For the sauce, peel and dice the onion and garlic and sauté in oil until soft. Add the tomatoes and lightly roll, season.
Brown the minced meat with the onion. Add mushrooms, cheese cut into cubes, chop eggs and mix everything together. Grease the gratin dish and pour a little sauce on the bottom. Put the lasagna dish on the sauce and pour the sauce over it repeatedly. Top with herbs, butter pats, minced mixture, season. Repeat the layering and finally put lasagna plates.
Top with remaining tomato sauce and parmesan and bake at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
