Mint rinse, shake dry, except for 4 stalks for garnish in tap water about 10 minutes lightly roll.
Pour the tea into a pot and add the mint water. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes, then strain through a sieve.
Pour 1 tsp ginger and ginger syrup into tea glasses. Pour the mint tea over it, stir, sprinkle with mint, put on the table on the spot.
