For the cream of broccoli soup, clean and chop the broccoli and bring to a boil in water with a soup cube.
Once the broccoli is soft, strain it and set the remaining soup aside.
Puree the broccoli well in the pot with a hand blender and add some soup.
Add yogurt to the soup. Briefly fry the bread cubes in a pan and spread on the cream of broccoli soup to serve.
