For the bread with raisins, mix flour, yeast, salt, sugar, water and 2 tablespoons of oil until a dough is formed. Then add 1/4 cup of oil and knead well.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour. After resting, open the dough a little and mix in the raisins.
Knead again, form small rolls, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake the bread with raisins in a preheated oven for 20 – 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
