Instructions:

Crumble bread and grind together with nuts in a hand mixer. Remove the peel from the carrots and grate half coarsely and the other half finely. Mix all ingredients and fold in the eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

Melt a little butter in a coated frying pan, place small mounds in the frying pan with a tbsp. and spread evenly. Bake the pancakes for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side, then keep warm. Do the same with the rest of the dough.
