For the apricot cake, wash the apricots, remove the pit and divide. Mix the soy flour with 10 tbsp water until smooth. Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar.
Fold in the oil, soy flour, brown millet, milk, spelt flour and baking powder and pour into a cake pan lined with baking paper and top with the apricots.
Bake at 180 degrees for half an hour.
