For the vanilla chocolate muffins, beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt for about 10 minutes until thick and fluffy.
Gradually beat in oil and finally mix flour, cornstarch, chocolate drops and baking powder. Stir into the yolk mixture.
Place paper cups in silicone muffin cups and fill the batter 3/4 full and bake at 180°C until golden brown (about 15 – 20 minutes).
Sprinkle the cooled vanilla chocolate muffins with powdered sugar.
