Try this delicious pie recipe:

Place peaches in a colander and drain well. Mix the egg yolks, sugar, curd and yogurt. Then add the pudding powder and stir everything together with a mixer. Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Grease and crumble a cake springform pan and pour in half of the batter, then spread the Pfisich wedges evenly over the batter and spread the rest of the batter on top. Preheat the oven to 170 °C and bake the cake at top and bottom heat for 60 to 70 minutes. Halfway through the baking time, cover the cake with aluminum foil. Leave to cool for one night. The cake tastes best when it is cooled.

If the cake cracks during baking, do not panic, if it is well cooled, the cake goes down again and the cracks do not bother anyone.
