For the woodruff jelly, rinse mold(s) with cold water. Mix the water, woodruff syrup and agartine well.
If you want the jelly to have the typical green color, add 3 drops of green food coloring.
Boil the liquid for 2 minutes and then pour it into the molds provided. After cooling, allow to set in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
