For the chocolate mousse, separate the eggs. Whip the snow with sugar until stiff and put in the refrigerator, whip the cream as well and chill.
Heat milk and melt chopped chocolate coating in the milk. Let cool and then add the egg yolk. Mix well.
Gently fold the snow and whipped cream into the cream and refrigerate in a bowl for about 4 hours.
Slice the strawberries and marinate them in Maraschino. Make dumplings from the mousse mixture and serve with the strawberries.
