Instructions:

Peel the potatoes and boil them in hot water for about 20 minutes. Boil the frozen vegetables with a little water.

Once the potatoes are cooked, press them through a potato ricer or grate them coarsely with a kitchen grater. Add the vegetables, egg and flour, salt and pepper.

Form into a rectangular mass. Cut rectangular nuggets from the mixture.

Dredge each nugget first in flour, pass through beaten eggs and roll in breadcrumbs.

Brush the nuggets with a little oil and bake in the Philips Airfryer at 180 °C for 15 to 20 minutes.
