For the turmeric bread, boil the potatoes until soft, peel and press through a potato press. Dissolve the sugar and the fresh yeast cube in the lukewarm water.
Now mix the flour, the pressed potatoes, the yeast mixture and all the remaining ingredients with a food processor or a mixer with a dough hook to form a dough.
Form the mixture into a ball and let it rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place, covered. Then knead again and form into a loaf (depending on the shape: loaf pan or round).
Grease the designated bread pan and bake the turmeric bread in it at 180 °C convection oven for 40 minutes.
