For the turkey loaf with bulgur, first prepare the bulgur: For the bulgur, finely chop the onion. Heat olive oil in a pot and fry the onions until golden. Add the bulgur and stir well. Pour in soup and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes – add more salt if necessary. 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the chopped tomato to the bulgur. Pour in the cream and season with the coriander.
For the turkey loaf, mince the turkey breast through a meat grinder (medium perforated disc). Soak the bread roll in milk, squeeze well and chop.
Cut the bell pepper into no cubes, removing the stalk, seeds and white skin. Finely chop the onion. Heat butter in a frying pan and sauté onions and peppers. Remove from heat and mix with remaining ingredients. Use wet hands to form loafs from the mixture.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey loafs in it on both sides.
Serve the turkey loafs with the bulgur.
