For the Thai chicken noodle soup, wash the meat and cut into strips. Chop the garlic, chop the tomato coarsely and heat the oil.
Fry the garlic and meat in it until hot. Add noodles and chicken soup and simmer gently for about 15 minutes until noodles are al dente.
Add coconut milk, tomato, soy sauce, season with chili, salt and pepper. Serve the Thai chicken noodle soup sprinkled with basil.
