A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Drain the tangerines. Whip the cream until stiff. Stir mascarpone and curd until smooth. Add sugar, 100 ml orange juice and orange liqueur. Fold in whipped cream.
Spread out gratin dish (approx. 1, 2 liters capacity) with about half of the cookies and sprinkle with about one eighth of a liter of orange juice. Spread tangerines evenly on top. Spread with a little bit of mascarpone cream. Spread the remaining cookies evenly on top and drizzle with the remaining orange juice.
Spread the remaining cream evenly on top and smooth. Leave to cool for approx. 1 hour. Dust tiramisu with cocoa. Serve decorated with orange slices and mint.
