A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!
The washed and cleaned mushroom heads are placed on a saved tray, salted and pepper sprinkled on top. The mushroom stems as well as the onion are cut into small pieces and browned in the fat. Add finely chopped parsley and spices. Remove from heat, add bread crumbs and beaten eggs. Put it back on a low flame and stir it all the time until it boils down to a mush. Fill the mushroom heads with it, sprinkle grated cheese on top, drizzle with a little melted butter and bake in the oven over medium heat.
