Pasta dishes are just always delicious!
Make spaghetti in a large saucepan with salt without olive oil, moving the pasta constantly during the cooking time.
Cut the spring onions and sugar snap peas into thin strips and sauté in olive oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic cloves. Sauté everything for 2 or 3 minutes, then deglaze with whipping cream and clear soup, add peas and tomato pulp, stir in cooked pasta, add Parmesan cheese and diced tomato pulp, season vigorously with salt and freshly ground pepper – done.
Finest fresh and quick spring pasta. Also tastes good for children.
