For the spinach tortilla, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil, add the spinach leaves and cook in the pan for about 10 minutes. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and add it and beat the eggs over the mixture and let it fester. Season with garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Warm the tortillas in the oven, fill them with the spinach mixture, roll them up and enjoy the spinach tortillas. 🙂
