Stir the yeast, honey and 150 ml of warm water and leave in a warm place for 5 to 10 minutes.
Mix flour with salt. Add yeast mixture and mix in remaining water and olive oil.
Make into a smooth dough, knead well and add additional water or flour if necessary. Let bread dough rise in a clean bowl with lid closed for 30 to 40 minutes.
Pour bread dough into loaf pan and bake at 180 °C for about 45 minutes.
